This morning we had a ton of fun clearing brush on the hillside near High Mowing Field. The stone burm there was getting really overgrown with sumac, so we went in with machetes and hacked it all down. A great way to spend an hour or so. Just make sure you keep a 15' radius around Ross!
You can see a clear line where we stopped, about halfway up. To be honest, I'm not quite sure what the purpose of this excercise was. Andrew said something about sheep, but I'm unclear on exactly what, and he was working at his house today and wasn't around much. Regardless, it wasn't the worst job to be unleashed with a short sword onto an unwary stand of bushes.
