Another market day for me, with the weather much more conducive to selling cheese. It went well, and being next to the ice cream man never hurts anything.

Before now, I totally missed that the cows have horns. Too caught up in the cute calves! What kind of cows are they? Is it a management choice not to dehorn or the norm?

The cows here are a mix of Ayrshire, Normande, and Jersey. Ayrshire and Jersey are classic dairy breeds, and Normande is an old dual-purpose (dairy and beef) breed.
