Yes, another piglet picture. Get used to it, I think they're adorable. Pearl had her litter today, a sizable one at 13 live babies. Just waiting on one more.
Monday is, of course, yoghurt day, and this morning I made 144 jars. It's my biggest batch yet. We base that number on how much of the previous weeks yoghurt we have left, and we only had about 25 remaining jars this week. I guess spring is yoghurt eating time.
That was the only thing we made today as we didn't have an excess of milk, and we are also working on re-organising everything in the cheese room to make room for the new press. There's never enough space for anything already, so some creative solutions are coming up. We'll see how it all works out. Benjamin also got it into his head that I know about computers, so I spent a while figuring out how he could take an online test that he needed. Spoilers: Adobe Flash is necessary.
All in all, a pretty chill day. Mostly because it was chilly. Everyone is hoping it will rain soon, so I guess that's what farmers do. I hope it sticks with the forecast and rains tomorrow, with sunshine on Wednesday for my day off.
